Refdeck Sign in

The people you trust, from the people you trust.

I built Refdeck as an invitation-only referral network. Members keep a private contact list of the contractors, agents and specialists they actually rely on, share the public-safe ones into their group's directory, and publish curated decks of the people they will vouch for by name.

Two friends talking on a park bench: the man has pulled someone up on his tablet and is recommending them to the woman beside him
How it works

A search engine tells you who exists. Refdeck tells you who someone you trust recommends.

A deck of referral cards: the top card carries four members’ portraits joined by two exchange arrows, the referrals moving between them
  1. 01 Keep a private contact list

Store trusted contacts once, with your own notes, and organise them by place, category and relationship. Private notes and personal numbers stay yours — they never leave your account.

  2. 02 Share into your group (if you have one)

Publish the public-safe details of a contact into a group directory — a BNI chapter, a brokerage, a neighbourhood — so the whole group can find them and see who vouched. Not in a group? Skip straight to your own deck; nothing here needs one.

  3. 03 Publish a Refdeck

Curate a branded page of the people you recommend and share it as a link or a QR code. Visitors browse it, filter by trade, and request an introduction — no account needed. Run a business and referrals land in your account; run none and you are simply the neighbour everyone asks who to call.

In a cafe, the same two friends from the park bench: he holds up his phone showing a QR code that says scan to connect, and she scans it with hers
An agent who came recommended shows a retired couple through a bright living room, gesturing toward the home he is walking them through

Have an invitation?

I keep Refdeck invitation-only: there is no sign-up form, and no way to request an account. Every member was invited by someone already here. If you were given a code, type it in.

Already a member? Sign in, or reset your password.

Upper or lower case, dashes optional. If the code will not go through, open the link in your invitation email instead — it always works.
